You have the right to request deletion of the personal data Meta Ads Launcher (“the Service”) holds about you. This page describes how.
1. What gets deleted
A deletion request removes, from our systems, all data tied to your user account, including:
- Your Facebook profile basics (name, email, avatar, Facebook user ID).
- Your encrypted Meta access token and any linked ad account / Page selections.
- Brand profiles you scraped, studio projects, generation runs, and generated image and video creatives stored in Vercel Blob.
- Campaign records the Service wrote to its database on your behalf. Note: this does notdelete campaigns that were actually published to your Meta ad account — those live in Meta’s systems and must be deleted by you inside Meta Ads Manager.
- Copilot conversation logs for your account.
Server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps, error traces) age out automatically within 30 days and are not retained after that.
2. Three ways to request deletion
Method A — Disconnect and email us
- Open Settings in the Service and click Disconnect Meta. This immediately removes your encrypted Meta access token.
- Email privacy@clawgtm.com from the address associated with your account, subject line “Data Deletion Request”. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Method B — Remove the app on Facebook
- Visit your Facebook app settings.
- Find Meta Ads Launcher in the list and click Remove.
- In the “Removed Apps and Websites” dialog, click View then Send Request. Facebook sends us an automated deletion request with an app-scoped ID and we purge the matching records.
When you use Method B, you will receive a confirmation URL and confirmation code that tracks the status of your request. Our endpoint acknowledges the request and completes deletion within 30 days.
Method C — Direct written request
Email privacy@clawgtm.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Include enough identifying information (Facebook email, user ID, or the website URLs you generated ads from) that we can locate your account. We will confirm within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.
3. Check the status of a request
For requests submitted via Method B (Facebook app removal), use the confirmation URL and code we returned to check status. Otherwise, email privacy@clawgtm.com and reference the original request.
4. Your other rights
Depending on where you live (EU, UK, California, etc.) you may have additional privacy rights — access, rectification, portability, restriction, and objection. See our Privacy Policy for the full list. All are exercised through the same privacy@clawgtm.com address.
