These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Meta Ads Launcher (“the Service”), provided by ClawGTM. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must sign in with a valid Facebook account via Facebook Login for Business. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the security of the Facebook account and Meta Business account you connect to the Service. You must be at least 16 years old.
2. What the Service does
The Service helps you:
- Extract a structured brand profile from a website URL you submit (logo, colors, product description, value propositions, tone).
- Generate image and video ad creatives using third-party AI models.
- Create paused Meta ad campaigns, ad sets, ad creatives, and ads inside a Meta ad account you have authorized.
- Poll and display ad performance metrics for campaigns you published through the Service.
All campaigns are created with status PAUSED. Going live and spending money requires your explicit action inside Meta Ads Manager (or via an explicit activation toggle exposed by the Service in a future release).
3. Your responsibilities
- URL ownership. You represent that you have the right to submit any URL you paste into the Service, and to generate ads based on the brand assets on that page.
- Ad content.You are solely responsible for the ad creatives and copy you choose to publish. You must ensure they comply with Meta’s Advertising Standards, applicable law, and any industry-specific rules (housing, employment, credit, political advertising, etc.). The Service includes best-effort guardrails but does not guarantee compliance.
- No spam or fraud. You will not use the Service to impersonate other brands, run scams, or publish deceptive content.
- Meta Platform Terms. Your use of Meta APIs through the Service is also subject to Meta Platform Terms and Meta Advertising Standards.
4. AI-generated content
Creatives are produced by third-party AI models (OpenAI GPT-Image-2, ByteDance Seedance 2.0). AI output can contain errors, artifacts, incorrect facts, or content that inadvertently resembles copyrighted material. You must review every creative before publishing. The Service offers tools to review variants but the responsibility for the final output rests with you.
You retain whatever rights you have in the inputs you provide; you acquire whatever rights the underlying providers grant in the generated outputs (see OpenAI and ByteDance terms for specifics).
5. Fees
The Service is currently offered free of charge during a limited trial. Ad spend billed by Meta is governed by your direct billing relationship with Meta and is not collected or managed by the Service.
6. Acceptable use
You will not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Use the Service to generate content that violates law, infringes third-party rights, or violates Meta’s advertising policies.
- Use the Service to target users based on sensitive personal attributes where prohibited.
- Resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute the Service or its output without our written consent.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your Meta account in Settings and submitting a data-deletion request. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Meta’s Platform Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “AS IS” and“AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated creatives will perform well, be policy-compliant in every jurisdiction, or remain available indefinitely. Meta API behavior can change without notice; features may break as a result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawGTM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any ad spend you incur on Meta. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (currently USD 0 for the free trial tier).
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India (without regard to conflict-of-laws principles). Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
